For people living in Washington we have a program called GET program where you can pre pray for college or even buy a book, pay for dorm etc., whenever you have extra cash to put away. It guarantees college tution. You can get a refund or transfer if your child doesn't choose to pursue education. For more details go to their website. It is a government program!.
