Did you know about these? Instant Mashed Sweet Potatoes!

I had to make another trip to Albertsons the other day ... with all the "good deals" shopping I've been doing I forgot to pick up some cream cheese I needed to make a Fruit Pizza, I'll have more on that Fruit Pizza later. Of course I couldn't pass up the chance to work another "good deal" :-) These are part of the Buy $10 get $4 off (see post here) ~ they came to approximately 85cents a box with coupons (I had some from the newspaper) and discounts, there are 2 pouches in each box. I really like sweet potatoes so I'm excited to try these!
I picked up 2 boxes of these - 2 more sugar cookie mixes - 2 more boxes of bagel-fuls and the cream cheese I needed ... for a grand sub-total of $1.37
