I made this Cheesecake this past weekend and totally forgot to take pictures! I found the recipe in the coupon inserts :-) After the terrific sales/coupons on cream cheese at Albertsons this was one nice way to use 2 bricks of it! I served this with canned pie cherries, but it really would be good on its own too! Super easy too!
