Organic Milk

The rumour of the blog world is starting this sunday Organic Valley Milk would be 50% off at Freddis and when you use this coupon you get 1$ off your milk.

Naturally preferred organic milk

The non fat milk was on sale for 2.49 each at Freddies and there is also a magazine in the health food section with 50cents off so that makes it only 2$/ half gallon. The coupon is also good for even 1%, 2% etc., if you prefer.

Knudsen Just juice at Freddies ~ Free

I went in Fred Meyers yesterday and the juices that are on sale for 2$ were not Just juice so it will not be totally free. But the cranberry that I use is 5.99/ bottle so after the coupons it was only 3.99/- I still think it is a great deal.

Many juice varities are at sale in Fred Meyers for 2$. Use 1$ off from here and also use 1$ off from Naturally preferred mag you find at the store. If you can't find one ask in the health food section. When you do the math the bottle of juice is free. Have some and stay healthy.

This is such good yogurt! I especially like the cream top maple! I used to get it often when I shopped more frequently at Freddies & with these coupons I think I'll have to make a run by there for some + I've got a small list of things I like to pick up in their health food section. I always figure in my catalina for the items I am buying - not on my next transaction - but I will be using that catalina to buy some more cross rib roast at $1.88 a pound tomorrow!

also I have used this shampoo before (except the one in the orange bottle, I had one coupon that stipulated it had to be that) and I do really like it ... the reason I'm mentioning it is because the cashier who checked me out was gonna go work the same deal but she was wondering if it was any good ... so in case your wondering ... I liked it :-)

The above is Walgreens (edited to say, somehow the pic didn't show up & I've since deleted it from my camera!) ... if ya printed the $2.00 Listerine coupons from coupons.com a while ago (see this post - here -) go get yourself some free dental floss! These were $1.99 each minus the $2.00 coupon = FREE floss! Unfortunately they just lowered the value of this coupon to 50cents ... I had printed a set this afternoon and they were still $2.00 and was gonna print another set this evening and they had already changed! But try your zip it might still be working for you!

The Fred Meyers has a tear pad coupon for 4$ off and the coppertone water babies SPF30 stick is only 3.99$. You do the math, yes it is free and you end up paying only .33 cents tax. They are so sneaky at the store though, you have to specifically look for water babies stick because it might be hidden in the aisle. It is also good to check the baby aisle just in case.

My day of deals!

I usually drop my daughter off to preschool around 12:30. So, I decided to stop at Walgreen's in Covington ,Wa and buy my soy candles for which I had 4$ off. Sure enough they had it on sale for an extra 3$ off using easy savers catalog and I also used the Walgreen's 15% off coupon from a previous post regarding earth day for which I got a green bag for free. I again used 2$ from my register rewards . Something that I noticed, always give your print out coupons first before handing them your register rewards for some reason it doesn't go thru the other way. In the end I paid only 1.85 for a candle that is worth 9.99. I couldn't be more happy. If you are wondering what kinds of fragrances they have you will love their acai berry, earth awakening or orange vanilla etc. I bought the acai berry and orange vanilla they smell soooooooo good.
My 2ND stop was Fred Meyers all I needed was some tomatoes yeah right! anyways I stopped at the organic milk section too, and guess what the organic valley brand has coupons in the store right near the milk aisle. They are normally 3.29 but with 1$ off I was able to buy it at 2.29 which is pretty good for being organic.
